Return and Refund Policy for unwanted goods

Returns

Your product needs to be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged and in the same condition, you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
Products that have a sealed box/package must still be sealed and undamaged
You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received your item/product, we will inspect it and acknowledge receipt of your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via EFT only for the returned product.
Shipping of returned goods

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

Your product needs to be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Defective goods can either be replaced or refunded.
You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Only products with factory defects will be accepted for a refund or replacement

Refunds

Shipping of returned goods

Collection of the defective goods will be arranged free of charge.
